We are scheduled to start the construction of a 2-story building on the vacant lot in Blagden Alley - next to Rogue 24 - at 920 N (REAR) Street on or around June 15, 2015.

Preliminary construction schedule is 8 months.
We have our DCRA Foundation-To-Grade Permit which allows us to excavate for and install the foundation. Building Permit is pending.
We also have a DDOT Occupancy Public Space Permit which allows us to install construction fencing around the perimeter of the project - we will be installing once we start construction.
