New from ANC 2F06 Charlie Bengel

Good Evening,

Here's what's happening in ANC Single Member District 2F06. For more news,
follow me at the social media sites described at the end of this message and
subscribe to ANC updates by going to ANC2F.org.

Single Member District 2F06 Meeting
When: February 18, 7PM
Where: The Whitman Community Room, 910 M St NW
Topic: Blagden Alley

Join me to discuss Blagden Alley development, transportation, access and more at
7pm on Feb 18. John Fanning (Executive Office of the Mayor) and Sherri Kimbel
(Office of Councilmember Jack Evans) will also join us. We will first hear a
very brief update from the developers of two of the larger projects approved by
the ANC last year. The developers will then depart and we then want to hear
community comments about the alley and what you want to see now and in the
future.

Thanks to The Whitman for donating space for this special meeting.

Parking Zones
Ward Six Councilmember Charles Allen has introduced legislation that would
enable certain Ward Six residents in Shaw to get Ward Two parking passes. I have
shared with CM Allen that I am opposed to this legislation and expect ANC2F will
come out in formal opposition should the bill make it through the transportation
committee.
